What We
Offer

Verstatile Space
Our 2000 sqft main event space serves as a blank canvas for a variety of events. Rental rate is $100/hour on weekdays, $200/hour on weekends.

Audio & Video
All rentals include use of sound system equipped with mounted speakers, easy connection to any music device, stage lighting, and microphones if needed. We also offer a freestanding projection screen and projector.

Parking
Located on Main Street in Longmont, 2 hour street parking is available directly in front of the building. Additionally there is a city parking lot located directly behind our building accessible via back door. This lot is 2 hours during the week. Parking day passes are available for purchase for $5 per vehicle.

Tables & Chairs
Choose a floor plan to suit the needs of your event. We have a variety of tables and chairs to seat up to 85 people.

Bar Service
The Times Co. has a full liqour license with trained staff to serve you guests with beer, wine and custom cocktails. $40/hour

Catering & Food Trucks
Choose from our list of preferred caterers or bring in your own food. Food trucks can park in front on Main Street to service your event.
