About Us
Our
Story
Whether you’re hosting an event, attending a workshop or concert, or settling in for a workday in our coworking space or offices, The Times Collaborative is designed to support meaningful moments and inspired work—without ever feeling generic.

Locally and family owned, The Times Collaborative was created to bring people together—to work, to gather, and to celebrate—in the heart of downtown Longmont. Built by people who live here and care deeply about this community, the space reflects the character and energy of the neighborhood it calls home.

Set inside a thoughtfully restored Main Street building, The Times blends local history with a warm, flexible design made for focused workdays, lively events, and the moments in between—where ideas grow, connections form, and people feel like they belong.
Heather Marvin
Founder & CEO
Heather Marvin founded the space with a simple goal: create a place where people actually want to work and gather. With a sharp eye for community and a strong sense of how spaces should feel, she leads with intention, creativity, and a long-term vision for what this community can become.
